职位描述

  Lead and manage post-IPO compliance matters for both HKEX and NYSE listed entities. Prepare, review, and file SEC filings and HKEX disclosures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Monitor ongoing corporate governance obligations and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and cross-border business teams on compliance and disclosure issues. Support internal policies, training, and compliance framework development to meet evolving regulatory requirements. Provide legal and compliance advice on other related corporate matters as assigned by the Legal Director.

职位要求

3–6 years’ legal experience in a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house legal team. Strong background in capital markets, securities compliance, or corporate governance. Direct exposure to HKEX and/or US SEC disclosure and post-IPO compliance preferred. Excellent communication and drafting skills in both English and Chinese. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle cross-border stakeholder communication effectively.
