Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Process Governance
Design, standardize, and continuously optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes covering procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment, and after‑sales operations.
Establish SOPs, approval flows, and compliance mechanisms to ensure operational consistency across regions and business units.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
2. Data Management & Analytics
Build and maintain supply chain data models, dashboards, and KPI systems to support real‑time visibility and decision‑making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and traceability across procurement, logistics, inventory, and order management systems.
Provide analytical insights to support cost optimization, supplier performance evaluation, and operational planning.
3. System Enablement & Digitalization
Lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of supply chain systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and procurement platforms.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define system requirements, improve user experience, and enhance automation.
Promote digital tools and workflow automation to strengthen operational scalability.
4. Cross‑Functional Coordination
Act as the central coordination hub between procurement, logistics, warehousing, planning, finance, and product teams.
Support business units with supply chain insights, operational solutions, and project execution.
Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain strategies.
5. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Develop and track key supply chain KPIs such as lead time, fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, logistics cost, and supplier performance.
Lead root‑cause analysis and improvement projects to enhance service levels and operational reliability.
Drive continuous improvement culture across the supply chain organization.
6. Risk Management & Compliance
Identify operational risks related to supply, logistics, inventory, and system processes, and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Strengthen supply chain resilience through scenario planning and contingency strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, middle‑office management, or process optimization roles.
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory workflows.
Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS/OMS or other supply chain digital tools.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
