Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s global business goals, focusing on scalability, sustainability, and competitive advantage in the food market. Lead the design and implementation of supply chain optimization projects, such as digital transformation, sustainable sourcing, and lean supply chain initiatives, to enhance operational agility and reduce environmental impact. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party service providers, fostering collaboration to drive innovation and improve supply chain performance. Oversee global inventory planning and control, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs and waste, particularly for perishable food products. Analyze supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, cost per unit) to track progress against strategic objectives and recommend actionable improvements to senior management. Ensure full compliance with international and local food safety, environmental, and trade regulations, leading audits and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.  

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; MBA is highly preferred. 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with 3+ years in a leadership role within the foreign-funded food or beverage industry. Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful supply chain strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence. In-depth knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, including international logistics, customs regulations, and cross-border sourcing. Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent presentation skills; familiarity with multiple international markets is a plus.
