大客户销售工程师

1、Be in charge of business development of Klueber in his/her responsible area/industry and reach sales and GP target. 责开展本人所负责区域及特定行业的业务，完成销售指标及毛利率。 2、Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment. 致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。 3、Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the potential/existing customers. 与潜在、现有客户建立和保持一个良好的长期合作伙伴关系。 4、Provide professional technical supports for customers including products introduction and new products promotion, technical seminar, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems. 为客户提供专业技术支持，包括产品的引进和新产品推广，技术研讨会，解决问题、对投诉和质量问题迅速作出反应。 5、Be in cooperation with internal sales team and finance department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions. 与销售内部团队和财务部共同合作，确保合同金额能够在规定的时间内支付。 6、Timely and actively give feedback to certain projects and share experience among colleagues. 及时、积极地就某些项目提供反馈意见，同事之间互相交流经验。 7、Collect information of market and competitors and feedback to company timely. 收集市场和竞争对手的信息，并及时反馈给公司。 8、Submit job related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, sales review and so on regularly and timely. 定期提交各类工作报告，如：每周工作报告，每周工作计划，预测报告，客户拜访报告、市场调研报告、销售回顾报告等。

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 机械工程、化工工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record and solid technical background. Experience in industrial product sales within the compressor industry is a plus. 至少3年以上销售经验，具有扎实的销售业绩和技术能力。有压缩机行业工业品销售经验者优先考虑。 3、Good communication skills to build up trustworthy relationship with customers. 良好的沟通能力，能与客户建立信任关系。 4、Basic customer handling experience. Good command of value selling. 具备客户处理经验，良好的价值销售理念。 5、Good leering ability, willing to take challenge 良好的学习能力，愿意接受挑战。 6、Good command of English will be a plus. 英语水平好者优先考虑。
