Create optimized production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery while maximizing capacity utilization. Oversee inventory planning to maintain healthy stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory. Monitor supply chain performance and identify risks related to capacity, materials, or demand fluctuations. Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Analyze data to identify trends, improve forecast accuracy, and support business decision‑making. Implement planning tools, systems, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare regular reports on forecast accuracy, production performance, and inventory status. Lead and mentor the planning team, ensuring strong execution and continuous improvement.
