职位描述

In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple security teams and partner closely with both local and global business and technology stakeholders. We are seeking an Application Security Lead Engineer(SM Level) to act SME to IT and business stakeholders. You will provide strategic and technical guidance to ensure applications, solutions, and business processes align with the organization’s information security framework. Key focus areas include risk reduction and security by design, with responsibilities spanning application security, cloud security, and both consumer and B2B environments. The ideal candidate will bring: • Strong expertise in information security principles and practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels • Experience leading discussions on complex business initiatives, demonstrating analytical and problem solving ability • A proactive, self starter mindset with a proven track record of owning and resolving security challenges • Assessing solutions and identifying risks across enterprise systems • Evaluating controls for sensitive data in collaboration with stakeholders • Providing input and guidance aligned with corporate security standards, considering priorities, threat landscape, and risk appetite • Partnering with business and technical teams to deliver secure solutions at pace with business needs • Supporting teams in prioritizing security initiatives • Preparing reports on threat reduction, risk mitigation, and key challenges for leadership

职位要求

• 8+ years in information security, IT, or related disciplines • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders • Flexibility to adapt communication style from executive leadership to technical teams • Experience facilitating cross functional collaboration and driving results • Strong analytical skills with a history of solving complex problems • Familiarity with cloud security concepts and practices • Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP) or equivalent knowledge
