Responsibilities
• Support and help drive multiple high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across APAC markets, working cross-functionally with regional and global teams to ensure successful execution
• Assist in setting goals, analyzing results, developing recommendations, and preparing updates for senior leadership, APAC leaders
• Partner with the broader Strategy & Business Operations team to identify, size, and prioritize initiatives on the regional and global roadmap
• Conduct market, consumer, and partner analysis across APAC to inform strategy, including engagement with local partners, distributors, and end-consumers
• Develop a strong understanding of the trading cards and collectibles ecosystem, with a particular focus on regional market dynamics in APAC
职位要求
• 1–3 years of professional experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, Finance, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across geographies and cultures
• Team-first mindset with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and adapt priorities as business needs evolve
• Intellectual curiosity, strong ownership mentality, and eagerness to learn
• Passion for sports, culture, and entertainment is a plus
