• Lead transactors and specialists within the cross-functional team, providing leadership, oversight, and driving performance. • Develop and deliver client plans aligned to corridor and sector strategies, identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities. • Originate and structure transactions across strategic sectors, anticipating client needs and crafting innovative solutions. • Deepen relationships with Chinese SOEs, DFIs, banks, and corporates to serve as a trusted conduit into BANK’s African platform. • Drive new business generation by leveraging existing networks and identifying new strategic relationships. • Coordinate execution across geographies, ensuring seamless delivery of BANK’s solutions. • Drive CRM dashboard usage, client action planning, and corridor pipeline visibility. • Collaborate with product houses and business units to identify and execute revenue opportunities. • Champion BANK’s corridor brand positioning through thought leadership and industry engagement in China. • Will be required to travel within China as well as to BANK’s offices around Africa.

职位要求

• Fluency in Mandarin and English. • Proven around 15 years of experience working with Chinese multinationals and financial institutions. • Strong origination and execution capability in cross-border transactions. • Sector expertise in infrastructure, energy and power sectors • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. • Familiarity with CRM systems and corridor performance metrics.
