China Operations Manager We are representing a confidential international organization to recruit a China Operations Manager, based in Shenzhen. This role will lead regional operations and quality-related teams, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence and strong client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure high service and quality standards Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives Lead, train and develop inspection and coordination teams Build middle management structure and define KPIs Analyze resources and plan recruitment based on business needs Collaborate with compliance teams and support group-level projects Handle major client follow-ups and participate in customer meetings Investigate complaints and lead corrective action plans Ideal Profile 5+ years’ experience in operations or quality management roles Strong team leadership background, familiar with inspection / QC environments Structured, detail-oriented and solution-driven High integrity, strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (Mandarin required) Willing to travel within China Why Consider This Role Regional leadership scope within an international platform Exposure to operational transformation and group-level projects Stable team with growth and optimization mandate This is a strictly confidential hire.
