职位描述
1.Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
2.Provide Expense Report Support
3.Provide travel arrangement support (domestic and international).
4.Support Weekly Meeting, monthly meeting and Board Meetings including taking meeting minutes, action tracking, booking conference rooms, arranging audio-visual equipment details and meals, printing of the required documents
5.Provide support to off-site events
6.Draft correspondence, memos or agendas
7.Provide travel support to the internal employees and customers if required
8.Provide administrative support for Shanghai office
9.Work on special projects as needed.
职位要求
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Min 5 years’ Executive level administrative support in a fast paced environment.
2.Advanced MS Office capabilities (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
3.Ability to manage multiple calendars.
4.Willingness to go beyond what is expected, able to help different departments if asked.
5.Self-motivated, innovative, able to accomplish tasks with minimal direction and supervision.
6.Must be able to operate effectively with minimal direction.
7.Ability to multi-task and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
8.Ability to prioritize work load, projects.
9.Can do attitude.
Good team player.
Excels in fast pace environment.
