Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and building automation systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Monitor facility performance and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and emergency responses when needed.
Workplace Safety & Compliance
Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Manage fire safety systems, emergency evacuation plans, and workplace safety training.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, and other facility services.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
Space Planning & Office Management
Manage space planning, office layout, seating arrangements, and workplace optimization.
Support office expansion, renovation, relocation, and construction projects.
Ensure workplace services (cleaning, cafeteria, reception, meeting rooms, etc.) operate smoothly.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage facility budgets, including maintenance, utilities, and capital expenditures.
Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
Sustainability & Energy Management
Monitor energy usage and implement initiatives to reduce consumption and improve sustainability.
Support environmental programs such as waste reduction, recycling, and green building initiatives.
职位要求
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Building Services, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in facility management, building operations, or engineering maintenance.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire protection).
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and facility service teams.
Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and emergency procedures.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, R&D centers, or large office campuses.
Certifications such as IFMA CFM, FMP, PMP, or equivalent.
Experience with energy management or sustainability programs.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
