You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the IT infrastructure services industry who is looking for a General Counsel to be based in Shanghai. With a strong global presence and a growth-oriented mindset, this organisation continues to drive digital transformation and innovation worldwide.   In this leadership role, you will directly impact the business by utilising your commercial and legal expertise You will manage a qualified team across the region, leading complex technology transactions, commercial strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.  

职位要求

A strong foundation within multinational commercial law, with a required law degree from a recognised China university and China Bar admission. An LL.M. degree is essential. Minimum 15+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with critical exposure to APAC regional or cross-border legal matters. Significant experience in technology services, cloud, or IT infrastructure sectors, focusing on complex commercial agreements and emerging technology/AI governance.
