HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Head of HR / HR Director
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business leaders in building high‑performing, engaged, and cohesive teams. This role focuses on organizational diagnostics, team effectiveness, and proactive people solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.
The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who combines strong analytical capability with excellent interpersonal skills, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Diagnostics & Insights
Conduct organizational and team diagnostics to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate data and insights into actionable people strategies and recommendations.
Partner with leaders to address organizational challenges such as structure, capability, culture, and performance.
Team Effectiveness & Integration
Facilitate team‑building, team‑integration, and alignment sessions to strengthen collaboration and trust.
Support leaders in managing team dynamics, conflict resolution, and communication improvement.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and cross‑team collaboration.
Strategic HR Partnership
Act as a thought partner to business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
Provide coaching to managers on leadership, performance management, and employee relations.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
Talent & Performance Management
Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain key talent.
Guide the performance review process and ensure fair, consistent application of standards.
Support succession planning and capability‑building programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of HRBP or generalist experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated experience facilitating team workshops or organizational development initiatives.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
