外资工厂HRM岗位，希望候选人80后，英语好，本科学历，外资制造业工厂HRM经验3年以上 1.Support the implementation, monitoring and compliance with global policies, procedures and local regulations. 2.Implement recruitment plan, manage and ensure that recruitment procedures are complied with company's strategic objectives. 3.Implement performance management system. 4.Cultivate a culture of learning by providing learning/development opportunities for staff to keep their skill/knowledge current to meet business operational needs. 5.As the owner to lead the annual ethics training by working with cooperate program leader. 6.Facilitate effective staff communication through various communication channels. 7.Support the implementation and execution of HR related projects and manage the daily HR operations. 8.Organize and supervise employees' activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employee engagement. 9.Handle all general affairs for plant administration. 10.Identify the potential hazard of HR/ADM dept. on environment, safety and health area, and work out the prevention action in advance. 11.Other duties related to HR and ADM. assigned by superior.
