Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for the factory, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, employee relations and compliance.
2. Plan and execute large-scale hiring and critical position staffing based on production capacity and workforce planning to ensure stable operations.
3. Drive the implementation of performance, compensation and promotion systems to enhance organizational efficiency and employee retention.
4. Manage employee relations, including handling labour disputes, workplace injuries, and compliance for labour dispatch and related matters.
5. Support factory expansion, organizational adjustments and process optimisation initiatives by providing HR solutions.
6. Lead and develop the HR team to improve overall execution and service quality.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.
2. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with proven experience in managing HR for large manufacturing plants.
3. Strong knowledge of labour law, manufacturing workforce models, employee relations management and high-volume recruitment.
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of independently managing HR functions in a fast-paced factory environment.
5. Good command of English for cross-team communication and handling basic English documentation.
6. Experience in multinational companies or the electronics manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
