Lead compliance supervision and investigation activities across regulated business lines, focusing on key risk areas and priority operations.
Conduct and manage investigations arising from allegations or ethics line cases, ensuring timely reporting, documentation and closure.
Leverage data analytics to identify compliance risks and red flags, and drive remediation and continuous improvement actions.
Provide clear investigation insights and advisory support to compliance governance bodies and senior stakeholders.

10+ years of experience in ethics & compliance, investigations, audit or related assurance functions within multinational environments, with a bachelor’s degree or above in law, accounting, finance or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of business integrity laws, regulations and industry codes, with hands-on experience in compliance risk assessment, monitoring and investigations (e.g. anti-bribery & corruption, antitrust, healthcare compliance).
Proven analytical capability in data analysis, assurance and root cause analysis, able to draw sound and practical conclusions.
High ethical standards with the ability to operate independently, discreetly and in a results-driven manner, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and leadership potential.
Fluent English is required as a working language; FMCG or food industry compliance experience is a plus.
