IT Solution Manager OMS

Business Insight & Workflow Optimization Partner with cross‑functional teams across product planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution to understand operational challenges. Drive analysis, streamline workflows, and redesign processes to deliver scalable, standardized solutions that support long‑term business growth. Product Strategy & Functional Design Lead the functional design of key enterprise platforms, including item management, stock visibility, and order orchestration. This involves gathering and interpreting requirements, drafting product specifications, building prototypes, and shaping feature frameworks that balance current operational needs with future expansion. System Logic & Scenario Modeling Break down complex retail and supply‑chain scenarios into clear system logic. Develop models for unified inventory sharing, multi‑channel fulfillment, and other cross‑platform interactions to ensure seamless end‑to‑end execution. Project Coordination & External Partner Management Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology partners. Oversee requirement alignment, monitor implementation progress, and validate deliverables to ensure solutions are delivered on schedule and meet expected standards. Full‑Cycle Product Ownership Support testing, deployment, and user enablement activities. Continuously collect feedback from business teams and drive iterative improvements to enhance usability, performance, and overall system value.

1.7-10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years working on enterprise‑level retail systems such as merchandising, supply chain, or omni‑channel platforms. 2.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 3.Strong understanding of retail operations, including supply chain flows, stock management, and multi‑channel order processes. 4.Hands‑on experience contributing to mid‑platform or shared‑service systems within a large, multi‑brand retail organization. 5.Background working with major industry solution providers or ERP/middle‑platform vendors. 6.Solid project management capabilities; professional certifications such as PMP
