(1) Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the annual and long‑term brand strategy for key products.
Lead brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
Drive strategic planning for product launch, indication expansion, and lifecycle management.
(2) Market Insights & Forecasting
Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights generation.
Build robust forecasting models and scenario planning.
Identify growth opportunities and unmet needs in CNS/Oncology/Rare Disease markets.
(3) Marketing Execution
Oversee the development of promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and omnichannel strategies.
Ensure high‑quality execution of marketing programs, congress activities, and KOL engagement.
Manage agencies and vendors to deliver impactful marketing materials.
(4) Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Global Marketing.
Provide commercial input for pricing, reimbursement, and HEOR strategies.
Support sales training and ensure alignment between marketing and field teams.
(5) P&L & Budget Management
Manage brand P&L, marketing budget, and resource allocation.
Track KPIs and ensure ROI for all marketing initiatives.
(6) Leadership & People Development
Lead and develop the marketing team (Brand Managers, Senior Managers).
Build a high‑performance, customer‑centric marketing organization.
