Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Category Management
Manage procurement for marketing‑related categories including creative agencies, digital marketing, media buying, KOL/Influencer services, content production, PR, events, and promotional materials.
Develop category strategies based on business priorities, market insights, and cost structures.
Conduct competitive bidding, supplier benchmarking, and commercial analysis to support marketing investment decisions.
2. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
Identify, evaluate, and onboard agencies and service providers across creative, digital, and brand‑building domains.
Establish supplier qualification standards and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build a robust supplier base to support brand growth, product launches, and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
3. Cost Optimization & Contract Management
Analyze marketing spend and implement cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and brand standards.
Lead contract drafting, negotiation, renewal, and compliance management for marketing services.
Ensure transparency in pricing models, rate cards, and project‑based quotations.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Brand, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to align procurement strategies with campaign needs and budget planning.
Support new product launches, brand campaigns, and digital initiatives with timely procurement execution.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Process Optimization & Governance
Standardize marketing procurement workflows, approval processes, and documentation requirements.
Promote procurement best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and visibility.
Ensure all procurement activities follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.
6. Data & Performance Management
Track key KPIs such as supplier performance, project timelines, cost savings, and budget adherence.
Maintain accurate procurement data and reporting to support decision‑making.
Provide insights on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and agency capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing procurement, indirect procurement, or agency management.
Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and digital marketing ecosystems.
Proven negotiation skills and experience managing agencies or marketing service providers.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with procurement or workflow systems.
English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
