Packaging Procurement Manager

Develop and execute procurement strategies for packaging materials, including boxes, labels, inserts, plastics, and other related components. Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery. Conduct market research to stay updated on material trends, pricing changes, and new packaging technologies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings. Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure packaging meets functional and aesthetic requirements. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance. Maintain accurate purchasing records, forecasts, and inventory levels. Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco‑friendly and compliant packaging materials. Manage sample requests, testing procedures, and packaging validation processes.
