Your New Role
Leading data protection and privacy compliance across Greater China in line with PIPL and GDPR
Coordinating and supporting privacy compliance activities in Japan and Korea, driving regional alignment of policies and procedures
Managing regulatory inquiries, data incidents, privacy complaints, and data transfer risk assessments
Providing commercially focused privacy advice to C‑level executives and cross‑functional technology teams

职位要求
LL.B above with PRC Bar.
8 years + working experience , including 2 yrs + senior data privacy counsel in large multinational organizations
Strong practical knowledge of PIPL and GDPR, with proven implementation experience
Excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate complex regulatory issues to senior stakeholders
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or data‑driven technology companies is a strong plus; familiarity with Japan or Korea data protection laws preferred
