Act as a business partner for business growth
Main Activities:
Accounting for retail transactions: Own the end-to-end retail accounting operations including revenue recognition and cash collection for both Franchise and E-business models, ensuring all transactions are booked accurately and in strict compliance with commercial agreements and accounting policies.
Month-End Closing: Lead all AR-related month-end closing activities, ensuring strict adherence to Group and
statutory deadlines.
Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Prepare and review customer related account reconciliations in line with corporate policies. Lead the investigation and resolution of open items, defining corrective action plans to address root causes of non-quality issues and implementing sustainable improvements.
Audit Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits. Prepare PBC (Prepared by Client), support control testing, and drive the implementation of remediation plans for any audit findings.
Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews of financial statements, focusing on revenue, margin, cost, profit, and inventory trends. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the management team.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the finance liaison to Customer Service, Logistics, Call Center, Sales, IT, and Business Operations. Bridge the gap between operational realities and accounting requirements to ensure seamless process adoption.
Project Support
Business Project Key Contributor: Contribute to new projects and emerging business models by performing risk assessments and proposing accounting solutions aligned with local regulations. Lead the financial workstream for system implementations and process rollouts—escalating requirements, participating in UAT, and training end users to ensure successful execution.

Skills & Competencies:
Accounting Skills
Deep understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15), and internal control frameworks.
Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with Oracle or Yonyou BIP is highly preferred. Ability to identify system enhancements to automate manual processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform variance analysis, identify trends, and translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new financial systems.

CPA certificate or equivalent is strongly preferred
