【Key Responsibilities | 主要职责】
1. Strategic Planning & Insights | 战略规划与商业洞察
Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning for Brand. 负责品牌年度及季度战略规划工作。
Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, consumer insights, and scenario modeling. 开展市场规模测算、竞品分析、消费者洞察及情景模拟。
Translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations. 将复杂数据转化为可执行的战略建议。
2. Business Performance & Profitability | 经营诊断与盈利提升
Deep‑dive into category performance, pricing, promotions, and unit economics. 深入分析品类表现、定价策略、促销效果及门店模型(unit economics)。
Identify performance gaps and drive margin improvement initiatives. 识别经营痛点并推动利润率提升项目。
Build financial models to support investment decisions. 构建财务模型支持关键投资决策。
3. Store Model & Network Strategy | 门店模型与网络布局
Evaluate new store formats, expansion strategies, and city‑tier penetration. 评估新店型、扩张策略及城市分层渗透策略。
Support footprint optimization and ROI improvement. 支持门店网络优化及投资回报提升。
Work with Operations to pilot and scale new concepts. 与运营团队合作推动新模型试点与规模化。
4. Cross‑functional Project Leadership | 跨部门项目管理
Lead strategic projects end‑to‑end from problem definition to execution tracking. 全流程负责战略项目,从问题定义到落地跟踪。
Align stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain. 协调市场、运营、数字化、财务、供应链等多部门资源。
Prepare executive‑level presentations for BU leadership. 输出高质量管理层汇报材料。
