Key Responsibilities • Lead trading activities in refined metals, with a focus on zinc and copper cathodes/ingots • Develop and manage both sourcing and offtake channels, including smelters, producers, and end-users • Execute end-to-end physical trading transactions, including pricing, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and delivery • Build and maintain strong relationships with smelters, refineries, and international trading counterparties • Monitor global market trends, including supply-demand dynamics, pricing movements, and policy/regulatory developments • Identify and originate new trading opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the refined metals market • Collaborate with internal teams (risk, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution and risk control

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, International Trade, or related disciplines • 5–10+ years of experience in physical metals trading, with a clear focus on refined products (cathodes / ingots) • Strong understanding of the zinc and/or copper value chain, especially downstream of smelting • Proven track record in developing client and supplier networks, particularly with smelters and industrial buyers • Solid commercial acumen with strong negotiation and deal execution skills • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to independently originate and close deals Why Join • Growing platform with strong ambition in refined metals trading • High degree of autonomy and flexibility for traders to build their own books • Competitive compensation structure with performance-driven incentives
