Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of US financial statements, regularly preparing detailed ledgers and monthly reports for various accounts in accordance with US accounting standards, preparing monthly inventory and COGS calculation report and regularly reporting to the group management;
Familiar with the retail industry, regularly communicate with US businesses, review reconciliation for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, and ensure clear company accounts timely;
Regularly reconcile with related parties of the group with Chinese team;
Regularly prepare notes to financial statements, including income, cost, inventory breakdown, etc;
Regularly review the purchase, sales, expenses and inventory situation, and collaborate and communicate with the US business department as needed;
Assist in tracking updates to US accounting standards, standardizing accounting systems, and providing opinions on accounting treatment for new businesses;
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
职位要求
Requirements:
Full time bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, accounting, auditing or economics;
Have at least 2 years of financial work experience with ERP/QBO;
Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English;
Familiar with US accounting standards, with rich understanding of financial reporting subjects and comprehensive general ledger experience and basic knowledge of US taxes.
