Job Description
Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as a senior HR advisor to executive leadership and operations leaders across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities and operational needs.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HRBP team.
Strategic Hiring for Senior Management & Critical Leadership Roles
- Lead the full hiring cycle for senior management, executive-level, and other mission-critical leadership roles, including strategy development, sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.

- Externally, build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber leadership talent through targeted sourcing, executive search partnerships, and industry networks.
- Internally, identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent by overseeing leadership assessments, competency-based evaluations, and structured succession planning processes.
- Design and negotiate contract terms, compensation packages, and incentive structures for senior-level hires in alignment with organizational policies and business priorities.
- Strengthen the company’s employer value proposition to attract seasoned leaders from advanced manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
Organizational Design & Change Management
- Lead organizational structure reviews and redesigns to improve efficiency and support growth.
- Define roles, competencies, spans of control, and reporting structures aligned with business needs.
- Guide change management for transformation initiatives to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
Compensation, Incentives & Rewards
- Design competitive compensation and incentive structures, including performance-based incentives, bonus frameworks, retention tools, and recognition programs tailored to manufacturing and operational environments
- Conduct market benchmarking and ensure internal equity and compliance
Culture, Employee Engagement & Relations
- Champion a professional, performance-driven, and collaborative culture across the workforce.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, communication strategies, and workforce well-being programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree in HR or Organizational Development is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven experience in HRBP roles encompassing senior leadership hiring, organizational design, and compensation.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and taxation in both Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale transformation or professionalization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, especially with senior leadership.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing environments (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) is preferred
- Experience leading HR teams across multi-site, multi-country operations.
