Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled ecommerce tech lead with hands on experience in WeChat Mini Program development and a strong background in retail or FMCG e commerce systems. You will design, build, and optimize customer facing digital products that power our omnichannel commerce experience. This role requires strong technical ownership, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to work closely with global product and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities WeChat Mini Program Development • Design, develop, and maintain WeChat Mini Programs, including user interfaces, business logic, and API integrations. • Optimize performance, loading speed, and user experience across diverse retail scenarios. • Integrate WeChat Pay, membership systems, coupons, loyalty points, and social sharing features. E commerce & Retail System Engineering • Build and enhance digital commerce features such as product catalog, order management, promotions, checkout, and payment flows. • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate with OMS, ERP, CRM, CDP, and other retail/FMCG systems. • Ensure system scalability and stability during high traffic campaigns and seasonal peaks.
