Responsibilities:
1. Full‑Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring for roles across APAC.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates across multiple functions
- Drive a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance
2. Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and proactive sourcing
- Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across APAC markets
- Develop country-specific sourcing strategies based on local talent dynamics
3. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and interview strategies
- Advise leaders on recruitment best practices, timelines, and talent market realities
- Facilitate structured interview processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus programs
- Promote our employer brand consistently across APAC
- Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey
