Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Brand Building
Develop and execute the brand’s digital marketing strategy across social, content, and e‑commerce ecosystems.
Translate brand positioning into digital‑first communication plans tailored to beauty consumers.
Lead annual and quarterly digital planning, including campaign calendars, content pillars, and channel strategies.
2. Social Media & Content Management
Oversee content creation for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, RED (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, and YouTube.
Manage content direction, storytelling, visual guidelines, and creative briefs for internal and external teams.
Monitor social trends, beauty category insights, and consumer behavior to inform content innovation.
3. Influencer / KOL / KOC Management
Develop influencer strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with KOLs, makeup artists, dermatologists, and beauty creators.
Evaluate influencer performance and optimize investment efficiency.
4. Performance Marketing & Media Optimization
Plan and manage paid media across social, search, programmatic, and e‑commerce platforms.
Track and optimize key metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Collaborate with media agencies to ensure efficient budget allocation and campaign performance.
5. E‑commerce & Social Commerce Support
Partner with e‑commerce teams to drive traffic, conversion, and content performance on Tmall, JD, TikTok Shop, and brand DTC channels.
Support product launches with digital activation plans, livestreaming strategies, and platform‑specific content.
Analyze digital shelf performance and optimize product pages, creatives, and consumer journeys.
6. Data Analytics & Insights
Track digital KPIs, consumer insights, and competitive trends to guide decision‑making.
Produce monthly and quarterly digital performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Leverage analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine future strategies.
7. Cross‑functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, E‑commerce, Product, CRM, and Creative teams to ensure integrated execution.
Manage external agencies including creative, media, KOL, and production partners.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
