SUMMARY:
Be responsible to enhance the sales, marketability, specifications and profitability for all the products in assigned regions and ultimately achieve sales target.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Get aligned with sales strategy and develop sales plans to achieve sales booking targets i.e. booking number and shipping profit.
• Stays abreast of current and potential market and customer product requirements. Make efforts to grow market share by recommending product improvement/bundling solution.
• Develops and maintains and manages direct personal contact and effective working relationship with key decision makers and buying influences at accounts.
• Develop and maintains the proper channels of sale which provide access to the customer base and within the established market sales strategy.
• Recommends pricing strategies relative to product line; analyzes lost sales efforts and communicates via Salesforce review & weekly reports; compares and evaluates competitive offerings; makes recommendations according to market conditions through appropriate channels.
• Develops, maintains and manages project sales and MRO sales by aligning with sales processes together with the team members. As a team leader, follows process to coach and manage each individual’s sales skills.
• Supports product application training for end-users, sales channels by working closely with Application Specialist.
• Assists in the resolution of technical and commercial problems with new and existing customer base.
