Responsibilities
Lead independent, end‑to‑end investigations into potential breaches of company policies, the code of conduct, and the employee handbook. Develop comprehensive investigation plans, gather and verify evidence, conduct interviews with relevant parties, and produce clear, well‑structured investigation reports.
Handle complex and sensitive cases, including matters involving senior management, with strong professional judgment.
Establish and enhance investigation workflows and SOPs, oversee whistleblowing channel operations, and promote a speak‑up culture across the organization.
Utilize internal and external data analysis tools (including various systems, data mining and analytics platforms) and apply investigative techniques such as interviewing and evidence collection to improve efficiency and reduce investigative risks.
Provide guidance and support to other teams involved in investigative work to ensure all cases are handled appropriately, efficiently, and within required timelines.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure smooth progress of investigation activities.
Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and adapting to shifting workloads.

熟悉内部与外部的数据分析工具(包括但不限于各类系统、数据挖掘与分析工具等),并运用访谈、证据收集等调查技能提升工作效率、降低调查风险。
为其他调查相关职能提供专业支持与指导,确保各类案件得到及时、规范且有效的处理。
必要时与公司内外部相关部门保持顺畅沟通,确保调查工作的顺利推进。
具备良好的组织协调能力,能够同时管理多项任务并根据业务变化合理安排优先级。
