Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, bestsellers, and slow-moving items.
Responsible for maintaining assortment sheets, pricing files, and reconciling own and wholesale purchase orders.
Partner with team to run competitive analysis and prepare selling hindsight to help identify opportunities in the assortment. Monitor competitor product offerings and market trends.
Support in coordinating product deliveries, transfers, and markdowns in line with brand strategy.
Maintain accurate inventory records and drop schedule and liaise with warehouses/logistics teams.
Assist in preparing merchandise presentations for buying and planning meetings.
Assist Merchandising Manager to complete the buying activities from beginning to end including but not limited to market prep, creating assortment, placing quantity and sizing and order submission.
Visual Merchandising & Training:
Responsible for execution and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines and product knowledge information to the stores.
Collaborate with retail teams to ensure product displays aligned with brand aesthetics and commercial goals.
Partner with team to create, coordinate and execute localized initiatives as deemed necessary across product and visual merchandising.
Administrative & Cross-functional Coordination:
Organize and maintain sample collection for each season.
Liaise with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure cohesive product launches.
Handle purchase orders, invoices, and other merchandising documentation.
Communicate and coordinate with retail team, marketing, logistics and 3rd party vendors to ensure proper execution of all merchandising projects.
Maintain the Merchandising team calendar, meeting minutes, SOP and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
