Senior Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis activities for China business, delivering timely and accurate management reports, as well as supporting the development of mid to long range financial projections reflective of the China business plan.
Core Responsibilities:
Finance analysis – Prepare and compile financial reporting packages and all related materials for management reporting during the Monthly business Review (MBR) processes, Quarterly Business Review (QBR), to provide accurate, reliable commentary, in order to figure out reason behind the gap with targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Costing management – Take responsible for month end close process of costing run for Shandong plant. Monthly costing report like inventory report, manufacture expense report.
Strategic Planning, Budgeting and forecast – Actively participate in the preparation of the Goal, LEx Strategic planning and monthly forecasts as required, work with related functions to come out reasonable Goal and LEx and submit to system in timely and accuracy manner.
Co-work and knowledge transfer with KLSSC – Closely monitoring and working with KLSSC FP&A team to complete monthly/quarterly analysis report in timely and accuracy manner.
Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor degree major in Finance, Economics, Computer Science
Minimum 5 years in-house accounting and 3 years FP&A experience with record of great performance or promotion.
Experienced in Manufacturing company
English fluency, both written and spoken
Desirable requirements:
Experienced in multinational company

Working experience with SAP/BW/BPC
