Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure
• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stable and secure performance across networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end user systems.
• Maintain and optimize enterprise networks, including data centers, offices, and retail stores.
• Manage incident response, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
Systems & Applications
• Support and enhance enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate system integration, upgrades, and cross platform connectivity.
Information Security
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including access management, data protection, and network security.
• Support security audits, compliance checks, and remediation activities.
Project Management
• Lead IT projects such as system rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Vendor & Budget Management
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance.
• Develop and control the IT budget, ensuring cost effective operations.
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop the IT team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5–8+ years of IT experience, including team or project leadership.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HRIS systems and system integration.
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies (PMP/Agile preferred).
Soft Skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
